Run a usability study this afternoon

Everything happens in your browser: write the study, launch it, and watch sessions as they come in.

How a study runs

  1. Write it

A goal, the website to test, and the tasks. Mix things to do with questions, multiple choice, rating scales and page visits.

  2. Target it

Pick the testers' profile (country, age, languages, education, income, browser, tech comfort and more) and add screener questions.

  3. Launch it

Choose 15 or 30 minutes and how many sessions. Their credits are set aside; the study goes live to matching testers.

  4. Watch it

Sessions arrive as videos with a chapter per task, the tester's answers alongside. Keep track of the ones you've watched.

Built for teams

Credits you control

Credits are only used by completed sessions. Abandoned ones go back to the study, and closing a study returns what's left.

Panels

Invite your own customers with a link, run studies just for them, paid or unpaid.

Your whole team

Invite colleagues as admins, creators or viewers. Everyone sees the same studies, sessions and notes.

Change course while live

Pause, resume, add sessions or close early. To change the tasks, duplicate the study.

A full history

Launches, pauses, added sessions and every credit spent are on the study's timeline.

Notifications

Choose to hear by email or in the app when sessions are ready, studies complete or credits run low.
